How To Stop Anxiety From Paralyzing You

• 21 min

What do you do when anxiety gets you to a point where your logical thinking leaves the room?  In this episode, I'm talking about what we can do in those moments when anxiety takes over and paralyzes us. Being an entrepreneur is, in many ways, anticipating what might go wrong and having a backup plan. But if we aren't careful enough, we might spend more time worrying about what we'll do if our program doesn't sell instead of making it work. That sort of thing makes us anxious, and we then try to control that anxiety, which leads to an out-of-control, paralyzing, and panic attack inducing anxiety. But before all that happens, many things can be done, and we'll go through them today.  Throughout this episode, you'll learn why accepting and understanding the origin of your anxiety is way more effective than trying to fight it. I'll share the first stage of Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI), and together, we'll go through a respiratory exercise that'll help you ease and calm your anxiety levels.  Tune in to episode 120 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and discover a new way to regulate and calm your nervous system and conquer your anxiety.
