• 53 minDid you make a promise to your loved one? Marie Alessi did. She promised her beloved husband that she wouldn't get stuck in sadness. Little did she know she would have to make true on that promise sooner than expected when her husband suddenly died of an aneurysm while away on business, leaving two young boys for her to raise. Not only did she find a way to keep that promise, tapping in to the love and support that surrounded her along with her skills has a mindset mentor, she has gone on to author two books (Loving Life After Loss, Happy Healing), and build the Movement - Loving Life After Loss that is helping thousands globally. Her first book, Loving Life After Loss, was literally an overnight success. It was initially written to provide her boys with a record of her experience of moving to Australia, meeting, marrying and losing Rob, and how she coped and found empowerment throughout her journey. What it became is a beacon of hope for others searching for happiness in their grief. Marie understands there is no one size fits all in grief and, with empathy and understanding, she gently picks up her clients from where they are at - with a whole lot of respect for their very unique journey.
