Episode Summary In this episode, I build our shared vocabulary of sustainable food and explain the term holistic managed.  Language is power. And when we know the terminology we can partner with techniques to grow-wellbeing simply by reaching for these food ingredients when we see them at the market or start asking for them.  Having an understanding of the agricultural methods that grow well-being is key to saving water because 1) 70% of water globally is used to grow food, and 2) eating is something we must do every day.
