And yet, when I talk to local small business owners when I ask about their brand, the conversation goes straight to logo design, website, and social media.

Your customers, your potential customers, vendors, power partners, and affiliates. It matters. All of these matters. It’s not just the glossy pictures of you. It's how you make people feel. It’s how you talk to people. It’s how you interact with people, how you’re delivering your services. That’s why a brand is more than a logo. A logo is a static picture that people look at. Branding is how you communicate on your website.
