How To Teach Your Brain to Get Comfy Being Uncomfortable Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs

    • Business

What first thought comes to mind whenever you feel stuck in your entrepreneurial journey?
In this episode, I'm talking about a feeling most entrepreneurs experience at least once (or dozens of times): the overwhelming sensation of being stagnant or stuck. To our brains, what is known and familiar is safe, so as long as things are constant and predictable, no alarms are set off. Yet, in entrepreneurial terms, when sales remain steady, it doesn't mean safety; it means the company is not growing. That is why every time we start thinking about entering unknown places, like new marketing strategies, adding new products, or creating new courses, our brains freak out and use their best arguments to convince us that it is too risky, that we might lose everything if we fail, or that we are not "that" good anyway to aspire for exponential growth.
Throughout this episode, I invite you to join me as I explore the science behind why we feel overwhelmed and stuck and what we can do to navigate that feeling. I also share three simple yet powerful tips that'll help you transform your response to fear and uncertainty, manage stress and anxiety through self-awareness, and more.
Tune in to episode 124 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and learn how to train your brain to get comfortable in the uncomfortable terrain of the unknown.
