• 23 minOn today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about making peace with doubt. Doubt isn't the problem, it’s your relationship with doubt that is. It’s the judgment of that doubt that is really stopping you. Yes we can ease the doubt, yes we can shift it, but we can’t rid ourselves of it forever. As we do new things it's normal to have some doubt. It's ok. It's time to make peace with it. Often it’s your need for certainty that is really keeping you in fear. It’s needing to know how it’s all going to work out. The deepest liberation you can ever experience is embracing the unknown, is being excited for how it will unfold. It’s not your job to predict it. It’s your job to move despite the fear, take action despite the doubt, and embrace knowing that it will all be ok.
