18. 40 midlife promises to my future self
• 23 minI’m 40 in a couple of weeks and today I wanted to share something a bit different. I’ve realised that where I’ve absolutely accrued wisdom in the past 40 years of my life, with every new evolution of self that emerges, the more questions I have about who I am and the life I want to live. So, I’m stepping into midlife knowing that I know nothing for sure and *trying* to be totally ok with it. I want to share less wisdom and more intention. Today’s episode is a loving pledge to the 80 year old future me; about the woman I’m becoming, the work I’m devoted to and the ripple effects I hope to make.
