What are some of the best practices for training? How can employees prepare to learn? I think it's also healthy for an organization to say, "We're investing in you. We want you to learn these things even if there's no immediate payoff, even if it's not directly for like helping the company right now, we think that at some point in the next year you're going to be exposed to this.
