• 26 minDementia caused by Alzheimer's is one of the most common symptoms for patients suffering from neurodegenerative diseases. That is why a lot of research has been directed towards understanding the actual impact of the disease on the brain. While there are several studies being conducted, the use of Biomarkers is among those that are in advanced stages. Biomarkers help in understanding as well as monitoring the disease progression in a patient over time.
