Dale emphasizes slowing down, referencing Dallas Willard's advice to ""ruthlessly eliminate hurry"" and pointing out that Jesus moved at about three miles an hour. Sabbath is for relationship with Christ, not checking a rest box. Five intentional minutes with God beats a full day of distracted downtime. Dale draws a clear distinction between inheritance (what you leave to someone) and legacy (what you leave in someone) and challenges listeners to sit with that question for five minutes.
