41. Finding Heaven in what appeared to be Hell | Aaron Young
• 61 minAaron Young is an Australian who went to South Africa, then Zimbabwe, where he worked a dream job as an elephant behavior specialist where he tracked, filmed, created, and shared their stories for six years. That in itself would make a fabulous podcast, but that is not what we're discussing today. Aaron got caught up in trying to fight a system as a foreigner that didn't end up well for him. There's a big backstory to all of this though. The bottom line is that he ended up back in Australia without his young children. That's what we are discussing today - the grief of being separated from your loved ones. This is the story of being faced with huge challenges from a very young age, some of which we're going to explore, and then, overcoming them. Aaron has had to look deeply within and find the positives in situations that would get the better of most of us. He now uses his vast experience of his own mental health labels and situations to guide and support others as a business mentor and coach.
